Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise server, storage, or networking hardware repair.
• Strong understanding of server power architecture, VRMs, sequencing, and high-speed signal integrity fundamentals.
• Experience with BGA rework, PCIe interfaces, and high-speed interconnects.
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and PCB layout files.

Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assemblies in manufacturing.
• Conduct deep component-level PCB testing in a lab environment.
• Perform board-level debugging on multi-layer server and data center PCBAs, including CPU/GPU/FPGA/ASIC.
• Diagnose high-speed signal, power distribution, and mixed-signal circuits using schematics, PCB layouts, POST codes, BMC logs, boundary scan, and diagnostic utilities.
• Utilize advanced test equipment including high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and automated test platforms.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for repairs / troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical assemblies within the manufacturing operation.
• Full 5+ years are needed where they could run a lab doing deep component level PCB testing.
• Perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level debug on complex multi-layer server and data center PCBAs, including CPU, GPU, FPGA, ASIC, memory, and power subsystems.
• Diagnose high-speed signal, power distribution, and mixed-signal circuits using schematics, PCB layout files, POST codes, BMC logs, boundary scan, and diagnostic utilities.
• Utilize advanced test equipment including high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and automated test platforms.
