This position is located at 6457 Fly Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057 and focuses on ensuring manufacturing processes run per procedure, data collection, and process control efforts. Ideal candidates have an Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Manufacturing, strong math skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or near completion) in Engineering, Chemistry, or Manufacturing.
• Strong math skills, especially statistics.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Familiar with PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing processes run per procedure.
• Monitor processes or perform failure analysis for engineering or quality.
• Take measurements for process control.
• Rewrite documentation and prepare reports for engineering or quality.
• Respond to data on process control charts or maintain material movement spreadsheets.
• Run tests through production line or assist process engineer with evaluating data.
• Follow safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste.
• Support all processes within manufacturing and assist engineers.
