Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands‑on experience in electronic manufacturing, specifically in developing and supporting test systems.
• Proficiency with test program development on ICT platforms.
• Strong experience with Flying Probe technology and programming.
• Willingness to train; structured internal training programs will bring you up to proficiency.
• Expert ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, BOMs, and component datasheets.

Responsibilities

• Test Program Development: Design, develop, and debug test programs for ICT and Flying Probe equipment.
• Process Optimization and Yield Improvement: Monitor FPY and analyze data to identify trends.
• Equipment Maintenance and Support: Perform routine maintenance and provide technical support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Manufacturing, Quality, and Design teams and train technicians.
