Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Flying Probe and ICT Test Engineer in Huntsville, AL, to develop and maintain ICT and Flying Probe test programs for PCB assemblies. The role focuses on achieving high fault coverage, improving throughput, and enabling DFT improvements across NPI programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, 3+ years of experience in electronic manufacturing, and hands-on experience with ICT/FPT equipment and programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in electronic manufacturing, test systems, or related roles.
• Proficiency with ICT test equipment and Flying Probe test technology.
• Ability to read schematics, BOMs, and datasheets.
• Programming or scripting experience (Python/C++) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain ICT and Flying Probe test programs.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to improve testability and coverage.
• Analyze test data and FPY to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of ICT/FPT equipment.
• Train technicians on new test procedures and equipment.
