Job summary

Paycom is seeking an In-Circuit Test Engineer L2 in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on developing ICT test programs, fixtures, and automation for PCB assemblies, working with TRI, Teradyne, Keysight, and SPEA equipment.

You will debug, validate, and document test results while collaborating with design teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 3–5 years of PCB testing experience, with a strong emphasis on test coverage and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of PCB testing, ICT programming, and experience with ATE systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement in-circuit test programs for PCB assemblies.
• Create test fixtures and hardware for prototypes to production runs.
• Collaborate with hardware/design engineers to ensure testability.
• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and report findings.
• Calibrate and maintain ICT equipment; update software/hardware as needed.
• Develop strategies to optimize test coverage and reduce test time.
• Ensure procedures meet IPC-A-610 and ISO standards; provide documentation.
