Advance Services Inc. in Nampa, ID is seeking a Rework Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will perform advanced rework and repair on circuit boards, reading engineering drawings and schematics, and collaborating with quality and engineering to resolve issues.

Day shift from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday, with weekly pay and health benefits. A 3–5 year background in PCB rework and soldering/desoldering is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PCB rework and repair experience.
• Proficiency in soldering/desoldering components.
• Attention to detail.
• Stand/Sit for a 10-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced rework and repair on circuit boards.
• Replace, modify, and troubleshoot components.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and schematics.
