Qualifications

• Experience in PCB manufacturing or electronics is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Assist with order entry, updates and tracking for timely delivery.
• Review customer documents for completeness and follow up as needed.
• Communicate order status and changes to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, production and engineering to support customer needs.
• Resolve order discrepancies and delivery issues; address customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders and updates in systems.
• Support sales with follow-ups, quotes and account assistance.
• Participate in team meetings and support process improvements.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards; meet customer requirements.
