Requirements include 7+ years manufacturing experience and Lean/Six Sigma, with ability to work varied shifts and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of manufacturing, production, or logistics experience in lieu of degree.
• 1+ years of experience directly leading a team or project.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and steer electronics production associates.
• Enforce area standards and run rules; bi-annual reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Interface with area leadership and prioritize work based on production schedule.
