Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years in high-volume electrical or manufacturing test (ICT, flying probe, functional, or equivalent).
• 2+ years leading engineers, including hiring and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume production test: yield, coverage, escape rate, first-pass yield, tester throughput, and tester uptime; drive cross-functional root cause with CAM, PCB operations, and SMT.
• Build and lead a team of engineers and specialists: hire, develop, and set performance expectations.
• Own test fixture and rack design for multi-unit production test: mechanical design of fixtures and racks, electrical interface, production-rate considerations.
• Own test PCBA design and release: schematic, layout, bring-up, fabrication/assembly of boards used in test.
