Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in optics engineering/manufacturing.
• Onsite work location with 0–10% travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced projects and apply innovative solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for efficient mass production.
• Specify procedures for tool and equipment fabrication and adapt machinery.
• Conduct tests throughout production to control variables and troubleshoot problems.
• Provide guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications.
