Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Associate I, Manufacturing Production Process Engineering, to design and implement efficient production processes for mass production. You will help arrange equipment layouts, troubleshoot issues, and guide technical specifications while complying with GxP and SOP requirements.

You will work the 1st shift on site in Huntington, WV, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Associate +4 yrs).
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Work Schedule: 1st Shift 8:00AM-5:00PM; Onsite Huntington, WV.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for efficient mass production.
• Ensure equipment layout efficiency and troubleshoot production issues.
• Specify procedures for tool and equipment fabrication and adapt machinery to factory conditions.
• Conduct tests throughout production stages to control variables and troubleshoot production problems.
• Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and maintain SOPs and documentation.
