Job summary

Jobot is hiring a PCB Manufacturing Engineer in Irvine, CA, on-site, permanent position. You will design and optimize PCBA/PCB manufacturing processes, collaborate with design engineers, and drive efficiency across production lines.

The ideal candidate has SMT/PCB experience, strong problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field, and 2+ years in manufacturing engineering. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proven experience in SMT and PCB operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, costs and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to manage cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes for PCBA and PCB.
• Develop process improvements to reduce costs and cycle times.
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve manufacturability and cost.
• Troubleshoot product and production issues; provide technical training.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
