Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an operator in Oregon to support high-volume PCB manufacturing. You will read blueprints, set up processing equipment, and ensure output meets targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Work in a team environment with a focus on urgency and customer-first culture, adhering to process requirements and handling hot orders as needed. Graveyard shifts are required in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous PCB manufacturing experience considered a plus.
• Lean principles knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work graveyard hours.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production time-sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within parameters.
• Meet or exceed output targets and metrics.
• Read blueprints and English instructions to execute actions.
