TTM Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator in Stafford, CT to support the Fillets department. You will process flex and rigid boards, apply strain relief epoxy, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills to follow procedures.
• Good interpersonal skills for teamwork and communications.
• Basic reading of blueprints and following prints.
• Basic computer skills for shop floor systems.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Process flex/rigid boards and apply strain relief epoxy to interfaces.
• Remove cocoons/caps per print on flex area.
• Attend meetings and communicate with managers; maintain a safe work environment.
• Handle hazardous wastes per EH&S guidance; follow PPE rules and safety procedures.
• Report accidents or near misses promptly and participate in safety training.
