Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years PCB engineering experience or BA degree.
• Complete familiarity with Computers and basic software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work with chemical environments
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk throughout the day
• Must be flexible to work extended hours based on company needs
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine process audits.
• Perform chemical lab analysis as assigned to verify concentrations.
• Continuously monitor processes for quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Monitor process trends and proactively control the process.
• Set up new processes and create SOPs as required.
• Create AutoCAD drawings as assigned by the Manager.
• Lead engineering projects in plating and via fill and train junior engineers.
• Provide engineering support for assigned areas and back-up for other processes.
