The role requires 2–5 years PCB engineering experience or a BA degree, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AutoCAD. Training operators and developing SOPs are key elements of the job.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years PCB engineering experience or BA degree.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word; AutoCAD drawing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine process audits.
• Create SOPs and process documentation.
• Lead engineering projects in plating and via fill.
• Train junior engineers and operators.
• Provide engineering support and back-up for processes.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed and report issues.
