Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrochemical processing or relevant graduate degree.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter capable of driving yield improvement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the electroplating processes and process tools.
• Develop and document performance maintenance checklists.
• Investigate defect root causes and develop solutions.

SPC knowledge

Proficiency with JMP, Minitab, Excel

Problem-solving using 8D

Continuous improvement via DMAIC

Education

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
