Job summary

Sierra Circuits, Inc. is seeking a Plating Operator in Sunnyvale, CA, to support copper, acid/tin plate, nickel, and gold processes with strict adherence to process instructions. The role involves maintaining safety, quality, and timely production across multiple plating steps.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, operate equipment, review process data, and assist engineering and production teams to ensure product integrity and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2–6 years plating experience in PCB manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand technical work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Process orders through plating steps including copper, acid/tin plate and cleaning steps.
• Perform electroless copper and nickel, gold plating steps as specified.
• MaintainPAL logs via TrueChem system and support QA testing.
• Adhere to safety procedures for machinery, chemicals, and PPE.
