AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable Plating Operator to join our fast-paced production environment in California. The role focuses on wet process equipment including copper plating, gold immersion, and related processes. You will load racks, monitor bath temperatures and currents, and ensure safety around chemicals.

The position requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs. This full-time, second-shift role offers DOE compensation between $20.00 and $26.00 per hour and opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the PCB industry and ability to perform each duty satisfactorily.
• High School diploma or equivalent, with PCB manufacturing experience 3–5 years.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate wet process equipment for PCB panel processing such as copper plating and gold immersion.
• Load racks and manage bath temperatures and currents.
• Maintain and clean equipment and follow customer specifications.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods.
