Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 quality management systems and standards.
• Strong work ethic with a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate wet process equipment for PCB panel processing including copper plating and gold immersion.
• Set and maintain chemical processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Load racks in plating tanks and manage bath temperature/current.
• Follow customer specifications and ensure safe chemical handling.
• Lift, push, and pull over 20 lbs; stand for extended periods; keep equipment clean.
