Job summary

Pixels on Target LLC onsite in Sunrise is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to own procurement of PCBs, PCBAs, and electronic components. You will build supplier relationships, negotiate costs, and manage inventory to align with program schedules.

This hands-on role requires reading BOMs and schematics, working with distributors and contract manufacturers, and driving cost-saving initiatives. The ideal candidate has a technical procurement background, experience with RFx processes, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, material planning, production planning, supply chain management, or engineering; OR
• 6+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, material planning, production planning, or supply chain management in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Work with suppliers and contract manufacturers to implement sourcing and cost strategies
• Aggregate demand across programs for PCB/PCBA and electronic components
• Act as primary interface for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs
• Run the RFx process with engineering and program management
• Maintain inventory levels and flag shortages or excess
• Develop should-cost models for competitive cost analysis
• Support prototype builds, NPI, and production ramp
• Drive cost-saving programs with suppliers
• Present sourcing recommendations and supply risk updates
• Maintain supplier partnerships and performance tracking
