Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced Program/Account Manager to lead PCB/PCBA programs from quotation through production ramp and ongoing support. You will serve as the primary customer contact, steering cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets while growing existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PCB/PCBA industry experience required.
• Strong understanding of PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly processes.
• Experience with NPI, product launches, prototype builds, and production ramp-up.
• Proven experience managing both customer relationships and manufacturing programs.
• Strong project management, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and develop long-term relationships.
• Lead PCB/PCBA manufacturing programs from prototype and NPI through production ramp and sustaining operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, supply chain, procurement, production, and sales.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing, project schedules, milestones, and customer deliverables.
• Monitor customer orders and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues involving manufacturing, quality, cost, supply chain, and delivery.
• Work with suppliers and contract manufacturers to meet quality and delivery expectations.
• Monitor account performance, profitability, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts and support new business.
• Lead customer meetings, business reviews, project updates, and escalations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
