Job summary

Insight Global's client is seeking a Manufacturing Transition Project Coordinator to lead the transfer of PCBA manufacturing from the current contract manufacturer to additional manufacturing partners, including a sister site in Japan. This role requires coordinating across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and external partners.

You will drive timelines, manage BOM transfers and engineering changes, track progress, and communicate status to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing transitions or site transfers.
• Strong cross-functional communication abilities.
• Experience with BOMs, ECO/PCO processes.
• Ability to drive timelines and resolve blockers.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing transfer activities between existing and new sites.
• Maintain transition trackers for PCBAs during migration.
• Coordinate BOM transfers, engineering changes, PCOs, ECOs, and qualification activities.
• Track assembly status, site readiness, and risk mitigation plans.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
