AdvancedPCB, a seasoned PCB manufacturer, is seeking a reliable Lamination Operator to join our growing team. The role involves setting up and operating lamination equipment, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace to meet production schedules.

You will enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system, read shop orders to verify prior operations, and collaborate with teammates to ensure panels meet quality standards before moving to the next department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the printed circuit board industry or similar manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.
• Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace.
• Ensure the quality of the panels are meeting the standard of the work order before proceeding the work to the next department.
