Quick USA Inc. is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for our PCB sales and service office. You will quote new business, process orders, and ensure smooth communication between customers and factory operations.

This role suits an organized, customer-focused professional eager to learn PCB manufacturing sales and service. Ideal candidates have experience in sales support or logistics, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with EDI, ERP, or CRM systems is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• English proficiency required; Japanese or Spanish language skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate quotations for customer inquiries.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with factory teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and technical requirements.
• Track and manage sales logs, customer records, and pricing data.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Analyze sales performance, demand trends, and inventory needs.
• Maintain customer EDI portals.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales office.
