Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Hole Filling Operator for the 2nd shift (3 PM–11:30 PM, Mon–Fri with overtime). You will apply pastes to PCB panels, inspect for defects, and perform associated sanding and cleanup tasks in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• No experience required; training provided.
• PCB production/manufacturing experience desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Apply conductive or non-conductive pastes to pre-drilled panels using documented process instructions.
• Mix, apply pastes and inspect for pin holes; tape off holes as needed.
• Use syringes and ovens; verify bake temperatures and times.
• Perform sanding by hand and with machines; conduct basic equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized.
