Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a drill operator to set up and run NC drilling machines on the 2nd shift, producing precise PCB hole patterns. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

Responsibilities include downloading drill programs, verifying travelers and CAM programs, selecting bits, aligning panels, and performing X-ray registration checks while maintaining machines. Overtime may be required depending on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• No experience required; we can train candidates.
• Preferred experience in PCB manufacturing is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate NC drill machines.
• Verify travelers, prints and CAM programs.
• Select and set up correct drill bits.
• Align panels to the machine.
• Perform registration analysis using X-ray.
• Make scale corrections.
• Visually inspect panels for hole sizes.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Troubleshoot machines.
• Prioritize work to meet schedules.
