Job summary

Randstad Enterprise seeks a PCB Test Technician to join the board test team. You will test, program and troubleshoot printed circuit boards to component level, using fixtures and test programs in our product development environment.

You will create test fixtures and other PCBA test solutions to ensure PCBA functionality, and you will troubleshoot board issues with digital meters, oscilloscopes, and other equipment. The role requires independent work and strong electronics fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of electronics training or an associate degree.
• Solid understanding of electronics theory.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Visio to document procedures.
• Experience with fixtures or test programs for PCB troubleshooting is a plus.

• Troubleshooting PCBA board issues to component level using a digital meter, oscilloscope or other test equipment
• Modify and create test procedures using Word, Excel and/or Visio.
• Work independently on the tasks assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of basic Electronics Technical School Program or Technical Associate Degree
• Good understanding of Electronics and Electronic theory
• Must be able to use Excel, Word, and Visio to create procedures.
• Some experience related to using fixtures or test programs for troubleshooting PCB problems
