Job summary

SpaceX in Texas is seeking an Electrical Test Specialist for PCB testing within the STARLINK/STARMIND programs to own state-of-the-art testing equipment for high‑volume PCB production. You will drive development, implementation, and operation of tooling and testing technologies to ensure quality, yield, and manufacturability across devices used everywhere.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical drawings, datasheets, and work instructions.
• Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete standardized testing, root cause analysis, and R&D projects.
• Understand data trends and debug hardware & software failures.
• Program, load, and operate automated equipment.
• Triage non-conforming product and drive resolution and preventative actions.
• Facilitate communication between design engineering and production teams and provide feedback.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield, performance, and cost.
• Define maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Troubleshoot complex problems independently with minimal direction.
