L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, PCB Design to support the design and release of rigid, rigid-flex, and multilayer PCBs. You will collaborate with electrical, RF, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability and cost targets are met.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience (or higher), proficiency in Siemens Xpedition and Cadence Allegro, and familiarity with IPC standards. On-site work in Herndon, VA is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 4+ years related experience; graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years of related experience without a degree.

Responsabilités

• Create printed circuit board layouts from electrical schematics using industry-standard tools.
• Develop and maintain fabrication/assembly documentation including drawings and stack-ups.
• Perform design rule checks, manage constraints, and participate in design reviews with engineering teams.
• Coordinate with mechanical teams to ensure PCB integration into enclosures and assemblies.
• Support component placement, routing strategies, and signal-integrity for digital, power, analog, RF, and mixed-signal designs.
• Create PCB layouts using Siemens Xpedition Layout.
• Interpret electrical schematics and engineering documentation.
