Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Chemical Lab Analyst to support Starlink PCB manufacturing. You will perform chemical analyses, document procedures, and work with engineers to improve lab processes and yield in a high-paced production environment.

The role requires wet chemistry skills, PCB QA knowledge, and the ability to follow safety and 5S standards. Shifts include early hours with potential overtime, and experience with LIMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience performing chemical testing in a lab environment.
• Familiarity with PCB fabrication QA and IPC standards is preferred.
• Ability to document procedures and communicate with engineers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute test methods and chemical analyses to support PCB production.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop test procedures and improve lab processes.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in a chemical lab environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Support waste handling and compliance with ITAR requirements.
