Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a PCB Process Technician to support Starlink production. You will monitor process parameters, maintain equipment, and contribute to high-volume manufacturing through proactive adjustments and collaboration with engineers.

The role requires experience with PCBs, wet-lab operations, and安全 handling of hazardous chemicals, with shifts and overtime as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PCB, electrochemical, or microelectronics fabrication experience.
• Ability to read P&ID and schematics; familiarity with manufacturing documents.
• Experience in a manufacturing or wet lab environment.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute startup/shutdown procedures for production equipment.
• Identify deviations and perform corrective actions.
• Maintain process parameters and perform chemical analyses as needed.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate plating, etching, developing, and cleaning equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to create operating procedures.
• Maintain a mature hardware inventory and procure spares.
• Provide feedback on failure modes and assist root-cause analysis.
• Train new production staff and enforce 5S in the workplace.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely and manage waste segregation.
