PeerStar is seeking a PCB Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) in Pennsylvania to provide hope and empowerment through shared experience. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for active PCB certification.

The role emphasizes building trust, supporting recovery, and offering practical tools to peers in their journey. Must be 18+, have a driver’s license, and be able to document on an iPad.

Qualifications

• Active PCB CPS certification is required.
• Must attest to having a mental health diagnosis and be in recovery to support others.
• 18 years or older.
• 6 months of consecutive employment or volunteer work, or 12 months in last 3 years of paid/volunteer work.
• Ability to use iPad for documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) certification through the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCB).
• Must be able to attest to having a mental health diagnosis and have reached a point in their recovery pathway where they can positively support others in similar situations
• Eighteen (18) years of age and older.
• Must have maintained 6 months of consecutive employment or volunteer work experience; OR within the last three (3) years, have maintained at least 12 months of successful full or part-time paid or volunteer work experience.
• Ability to use iPad for documentation.
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
