Job summary

TT Electronics is seeking a CAD Specialist onsite in Greater Cleveland to support PCB manufacturing data packages. You will work between customers, suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure design for manufacturability and successful product launches.

The role requires experience with PCB design tools and collaboration across teams to improve production readiness, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in PCB engineering, fabrication, or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with Valor DFM, Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and PCB fabrication documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and release PCB manufacturing packages including Gerber and drill files.
• Coordinate PCB package review and sign-off for manufacturing readiness.
• Perform DFM reviews using Valor and other tools.
• Create PCB panel drawings and optimize layouts for utilization.
• Evaluate panel usage and suggest cost-effective panelization strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve manufacturability issues.
