Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing solutions leader, is seeking an operator to set up and run automated front-end manufacturing equipment for assembled boards.

Under minimal supervision, you will perform setup, debugging, preventative maintenance, and quality checks, ensuring parts are loaded and processes stay within standards.

The role is based in Colorado, with competitive hourly pay and benefits as part of our total rewards package.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust front-end manufacturing equipment.
• Coordinate with team to configure machines per setup sheets.
• Maintain feeders and parts inventory for next run.
• Operate foam fluxer and manage soldering materials.
• Monitor soldering quality and inspect components.
• Maintain documentation and MES data accuracy.
• Conduct basic debugging and assist preventive maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
