Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing leader, is seeking an Assembly Operator in Wisconsin to place parts on circuit boards per workmanship standards. You will follow detailed instructions, perform basic assembly tasks, and visually inspect components for proper insertion with the aid of a barcode scanner and small hand tools.

In this role, you will maintain 5S cleanliness, adhere to safety policies, and work under supervision while contributing to efficient manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed verbal or written instructions.
• Perform basic, standardized and repetitive electronic assembly operations and labeling of components, assemblies or subassemblies.
• Visually inspect parts for proper insertion and placement.

• Perform basic, standardized and repetitive electronic assembly operations and labeling of components, assemblies or subassemblies.
• Prepare and manually assemble inserted components per visual aids, upon verification of specs from visual aid.
• Visually inspect parts for proper insertion and placement.
• Utilize bar code scanner and small hand tools.
• Ensure assemblies and components are properly handled and marked.
