Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in automated manufacturing or wave solder operations.
• Ability to obtain IPC certifications.
• Proficiency with AOI/SPI equipment and basic measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate AOI, SPI, and X-ray equipment to detect defects.
• Perform in-process visual examinations of PCBAs for discoloration, shorts, burns, contamination, and delamination.
• Sort and rework non-conforming products to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain quality logs and proper segregation of non-conforming materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and complete safety training.
