Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to perform complex inspections on circuit boards and assemblies to ensure pre-ship and final quality. The role requires reading documentation, selecting inspection methods, and applying electrical knowledge to assess pass/fail against QC standards.

You will interact with customers and internal teams, train staff, and serve as the final checkpoint before shipment, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret various reference materials and documentation.
• Strong visual inspection skills for complex assemblies.
• Good PC literacy and familiarity with Windows-based software.
• Ability to identify pass/fail conditions per quality standards.
• Effective communication about inspection results with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Makes complex visual inspections of pre-ship and finished assemblies to ensure conformance.
• Verifies machine setup before running assemblies.
• Selects appropriate inspection methods (1st article, sampling, 100%).
• Applies electrical knowledge to determine pass/fail per QC standards.
• Accesses customer quality systems and communicates issues; conducts audits.
• Determines cause of defects and refers for corrective action.
• Trains others in QC processes and ensures parts meet standards.
• Acts as final checkpoint before shipment.
