Job summary

Jabil is seeking a detail-oriented quality inspector to support weekend 1st shift on the manufacturing line. You will perform routine inspections, read procedures, and ensure product conformance through AOI machines and visual checks.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years in a Jabil production setting or similar, and QC certification. Training on MES and lot sampling will be provided to maintain safety and quality.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in a Jabil production role or similar.
Degree in PCB manufacturing or related field preferred.
QC certification is required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
Inspect in-process and finished assemblies for conformance to QA standards.
Read and follow procedures, engineering change notices, and operating instructions to determine acceptance or rejection of products.
Work under supervision of Manufacturing supervisor or designated supervisor.
Follow written directions and visual aids for QA inspection operations.
Visually inspect products using AOI, magnifying glass, lot sampling, first article checks, etc.
Enter pass/fail data into MES system using standard keystrokes.
Adhere to safety and health rules and company security policy.
