• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related experience; ability to hand solder.
• Basic electronics background and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow drawings, routers, and specifications to assemble sub-assemblies and products.
• Perform detailed inspections and ensure quality.
• Operate and maintain equipment (marker, spot welder, potting machine, degreaser, leak tester, lapping machine, sandblaster).
• Adhere to ESD procedures and ISO 9001 standards.
• Contribute to yield improvements and support efficient department operation.
