Qualifications

• Hand soldering experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Perform hand soldering and other electronic assembly tasks.
• Complete secondary processing operations on PCB assemblies.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and remove defective materials or components.
• Complete quality, traceability, and production documentation.
• Maintain production boards and visual management tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and care.
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and daily production planning.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Cross-train in other production areas as needed.
