Job summary

Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking an Assembly Manual Full Time technician to build through-hole and surface mount PCB assemblies, following controlled parts lists, drawings, and quality workmanship guidelines. You will prep components, perform manual placement of THT parts, assemble chassis and electromechanical devices, and recommend changes in documentation to maintain high quality.

A high school diploma or GED is required; no experience is acceptable, with manufacturing

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print.
• Ability to perform component prep using hand tools and tooling.
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in a high-detail manufacturing setting.

Job Summary & Essential Functions

Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) printed circuit board assemblies, placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation and quality workmanship guidelines.

• Assemble chassis components using a variety of hardware
• Assemble electromechanical devices using a variety of hardware
• Recommend changes in documentation to ensure high quality results

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Ability to perform component prep using hand tools and tooling

Required Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• No experience (previous manufacturing experience preferred
