Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a Small Parts Assembler for a 7am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday schedule. Build through-hole and SMT PCB assemblies by placing components per documented specs, and perform prep and assembly tasks with high accuracy.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing component prep with hand tools, and recommending documentation improvements to sustain quality. A HS diploma or GED is required, with no formal experience necessary but manufacturing

• Precise component prep using hand tools with careful handling of small parts.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.

Job Summary & Essential Functions

Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) printed circuit board assemblies, placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation and quality workmanship guidelines.

• Cut and form (prep) components
• Perform manual placement of THT components
• Assemble chassis components using a variety of hardware
• Assemble electromechanical devices using a variety of hardware
• Recommend changes in documentation to ensure high quality results

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print
• Ability to perform component prep using hand tools and tooling
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results
• Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions (including small print)
• Ability to manipulate and work with tedious and small parts

Required Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• No experience (previous manufacturing experience preferred
