Responsibilities

• Assemble and solder Printed Circuit Boards.

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot products across product lines.

Hiring: PCB Assembler (1st Shift)

Sugarland, TX

Pay Rate: $21/hr.
Hours: 1st Shift, 06:00 a.m - 02:00 p.m from Monday to Friday.

Job Description:

• Assembly and soldering of Printed Circuit Boards.
• Read design drawings.
• Electronic component identification.
• Understanding of Quality standards.
• Ability to use microscope for long periods of time.
• Follow standard procedures, Identifying solder defects.
• The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.
• Test assembled products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
• Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Create labor records for all transactions.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Years of experience: 2 - 3 years.
• Education Background: High School Diploma/ GED.
• Is there any certification preferred IPC-610.
