Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and written instructions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boards to be assembled by studying work instructions and gathering parts, tools, and materials.
• Assemble and inspect assemblies under magnification according to standardized processes.
• Perform adjustments or replacements of component parts as needed.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, or written instructions.
• Identify subtle functional problems or defective parts.
• Handle various assemblies and learn new assembly tasks as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures and regulations.
