Job summary

RiverWoods Senior Living, part of Asbury Communities, is seeking compassionate PCAs to join our resident care team in the Lewisburg area.

This position offers hourly pay with daily pay options and a shift differential for PCA staff. PRN availability, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth are provided as part of our supportive workplace.

If you currently earn a CMT, rate is $16.25/hr plus shift differential, with a commitment to safe resident-nurse ratios and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized attention to residents.
• Assists residents with daily personal tasks and hygiene.
• Escorts residents within the community or on supervised outings.
