PRN / PER DIEM

All Shifts: Days, Evenings, Nights

8 Hour Shifts

VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. It includes a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility and an assisted living unit. The facility is designed to provide comprehensive care and living needs post-injury or illness, offering a fully integrated care continuum for patients and residents.

Responsibilities

The PCA is responsible for implementing resident services by assisting with activities of daily living, activity programs, housekeeping, and dining services to ensure the health, welfare, safety, and independence of residents.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Current, valid, and active certification as a Nursing Assistant preferred.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy and ECG training preferred.
• Professional image projection.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Working knowledge of computer applications used in job functions.
• Drug and alcohol free in the workplace.
