Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with the Patient Care Team, Nursing Assistants provide direct patient care and support. They perform various non-patient care duties, ensuring positive interactions with patients, families, and visitors. Care is tailored to the age and developmental needs of patients, including adults, geriatrics, and adolescents.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program or equivalent experience
• Basic Life Support certification or willingness to obtain within the introductory period
