Visiting Angels Springfield supports seniors with daily living tasks such as light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility assistance, transportation, and more. Patient Care Assistant - PCA Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility, including doctor’s appointments and walks
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Help with routine exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with client assistance when able
• Perform shopping or accompany clients shopping
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies

Patient Care Assistant - PCA Requirements
