Job summary

Carlyle Place in Bedford, NH is seeking an LNA or experienced PCA to join our award-winning staff. This full-time night shift 11pm–7am includes a $3/hr shift differential and the opportunity to provide compassionate, person-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, bathing, dressing, dining, ambulation, transporting residents, and responding to call lights while maintaining a clean, safe environment and reporting changes to nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active LNA license or proven PCA experience.
• Recent clinical and long-term care experience.
• Strong English communication and empathy.
• Willingness to work night shift 11pm–7am.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and dining.
• Support with ambulation and transfers.
• Transport residents to meals, activities, and appointments.
• Respond to call lights and monitor residents' safety.

We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for an LNA or experienced PCA (no license required) to join our award-winning staff:

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs

Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation program

• Assist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments
• Answer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents’ safety and comfort
• Observe residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisor
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment and follow Infection Control Policies

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with residents
• Punctual, dependable work ethic
• Ability to work well in teams to provide a positive care environment
• Active LNA license or experienced PCA
• Recent clinical experience, long-term care experience
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.
